Opt-in policy proof

SMS consent is collected before any text message is sent.

This page documents the opt-in process, disclosure language, and unsubscribe policy used for SMS communication. It is intended for carrier and messaging platform review.

How opt-in consent is obtained

  • Text messages are sent only to people who submit their phone number through our form and actively agree to receive SMS updates.
  • The opt-in checkbox is optional, unchecked by default, and is not required to submit a general inquiry.
  • Consent is never purchased, rented, scraped, or transferred from another company.
  • Each SMS includes clear opt-out instructions. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
